1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed due to order processing and print-on-demand production.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for selected items, specifically:
T-shirts
Mugs
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 5 days of delivery
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Journals
Notebooks
Pens
Bookmarks
This policy ensures all customers receive new, unused products of the highest quality.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
The item must be returned for inspection
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund if the claim is approved.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if items show signs of use, damage not caused during shipping, or alteration.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Damaged or incorrect items (after inspection)
Orders canceled within 24 hours
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
6. Digital Products
All digital product sales (including PDFs) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable content.
